1. Why haven’t I received my order yet?

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the product and location.

3. What is the difference between shipping and delivery?

Shipping refers to when your product is dispatched from our warehouse. You’ll receive a tracking link via email SMS.

Delivery means the order has reached your address and is handed over to you.


4. Are there any shipping charges?

Domestic Shipping (India): ₹50 per order

International Shipping: ₹1000 for the first item, and ₹400 for each additional item

Note Shipping charges are non refundable.


5. What should I do if my package is open or damaged at the time of delivery?

Please do not accept any package that appears open, tampered with, or damaged.
Contact us immediately via email or phone so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


6. Which courier services do you use?

Domestic Deliveries (India): DTDC, Blue Dart And Delhivery

International Deliveries: Courier partners vary based on the country and serviceability.


7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping to selected countries.
